How should I care for my Cravings cookware and bakeware?
To preserve the longevity of your items, we recommend hand-washing most of our collections with mild soap and a soft sponge. Please check the specific product page or the bottom of your item for 'Dishwasher Safe' or 'Oven Safe' symbols before use.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your kitchen gear! If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Cravings by Chrissy Teigen ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our kitchen essentials to more home cooks around the world soon!
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your ceramic or glassware arrives broken, please email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number for a replacement.
Are Cravings products non-toxic?
Yes! All of our non-stick cookware is manufactured without PFOA, and our ceramics are lead and cadmium-free, ensuring a safe and healthy cooking experience for you and your family.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been whisked away from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
