John's Glorious Golden Cookie Mix

How do you make a truly glorious peanut butter cookie? With a star-studded lineup of unexpected ingredients: crispy cornflakes, chewy oats, golden brown sugar, and—duh—rich peanut butter powder.  Each bite is perfectly sweet, soulful, slightly salty, just like the man who inspired it: my hubby, John Legend. Just add an egg yolk and butter, and you’ll be singing its praises too.
